| In our glassworks we use only traditional methods to produce sodo-potash glass in glass melting furnaces. Our entire assortment consists of blown, hand-crafted items free of lead, which guarantees there is absolutely no potential for detrimental health effects. Our assortment consists of more than two thousand kinds of products in various combinations of colors (15 types of colors can be used for melting) and is constantly being expanded according to the wishes of our customers. All products can be delivered in a smooth or decorative version. We use every available method to decorate our glass according to our designs or the requests of our customers. Our products currently consist of three categories. Standard are high quality products that are traditional for the glassworks and which we sell all over the world.

Glass blowing
The glass is made entirely by hand, using traditional and ecological considerate method in melting-pot furnaces. Unleaded glass from glassworks is completely safe, as confirmed by State Testing Laboratory certificate.

Flame cutting and abrasion
After blowing and cooling off the product has to be finalize in grindery. The product is cracked-off the rims.
FURTHER GLASSMAKING TECHNIQUES
Cutting
Cutting of decorations is performed exclusively manually. Decorations are carried out by polished, as well as matt grindstone.
Painting
Special preparations are used for painting of glass, such as matt or glossy gold, platinum, colored lustres, enamel or colors.
It is used for painting of rims, painting-over etched patterns and painting of decorations…

Etching
This technique uses the principle of etching of glass, which is mot protected by wax. A product is first immersed into wax, into which a pattern is engraved after cooling down, using panto or guilloche machines. The actual etching follows, which produces a delicate pattern on the glass surface. Etching is often combined with painting. It is also used for various companies, sport or other individual decorations.
Sanding
Effective way of glass decorating, which is used either for decoration with template or without, the so-called “fading away decoration”. This technique is frequently combined with paint spraying. It's also used to put client's trademark or logo on products.
Paint spraying
Special paints are used for spraying, which are applied through templates or freely. It's often used with sanding.

Dia-Engraving
Dia-Engraving is an engraving technique, which utilizes computer-controlled machinery, and which allows decorating of individual pieces, as well as large series.
Frosting
This technique uses frosting salt.
This technique is most frequently applied to legs and bottoms of products, possibly to areas, which are circumscribed by other decorative technique (etching, cutting, etc.).
